We care so much about our community; and when children graduate from TCDS, it's sometimes hard to say goodbye. We've received numerous wonderful letters over the years from parents about our program. Here's just a few testimonials to share with you..

"Our son went through Child Day School [Moraga] (he is now in the 2nd grade) and our daughter (now four) has been there since she was 2. We absolutely adore the school and the community. My husband and I are both educators and we chose the school after an extensive search for three reasons: 1) the curriculum that makes use of the best research in early childhood development, 2) the genuine care and warmth of the school community, and 3) the convenience of the location hours, and price. The high-scope curriculum is completely child-centered and inquiry-based learning. Children focus on one topic for an extended period of time (e.g. "What can we learn about things that move from place to place?"). Children explore that topic with books, stories, manipulatives, art, field trips, etc. They work in small groups and in the large group. All the teachers are extremely well-trained in early childhood education and keeping the work developmentally appropriate and FUN!! The facility is constantly being improved and made new and fresh for the kids. That's another bonus.
