are a synergistic, collaborative team, always
striving to improve our programs, and administrative
processes. All of our Directors are part of our
administrative team, and we meet once a month
for planning. In addition to site Directors, our
schools have support in curriculum, staff training,
financial administration, plant operations, and
marketing.
From
time to time you may see one of us at our various
campuses. Now you will know the reasons for our
visits.
Ann
Whitehead - Executive Director, Owner
For twenty-eight years Ann has been the visionary
and the innovator behind the dynamic organization
that we are.
Nancy
Spack - Financial Administrator
Nancy has been with TCDS for twenty-eight years,
keeping our financial records in order, as well
as assisting in the training of new directors.
She has also become our resident historian.
Yvonne
Sylvia- Program Facilitator
Yvonne has been teacher, Assistant Director, and
Director of two separate campuses of TCDS. She
now supports our program goals by working with
teachers and directors to improve curriculum and
classrooms environments, as well as staff relations.
Sead
Osmacevic - Maintenance Manager
Sead is a regular at every school with the many
things there are to fix. Plumbing, woodwork, drywall,
paint, electrical work and even toys are on his
list.

Taggart Wright- Director of Operations
and Marketing
As the author and webmaster of this site, I won't
extol my virtues. Simply let it be known that
I support the schools in campus projects, and
am responsible for the internal and external marketing
communications and advertising. Please let me
know how I'm doing!
